Belvoir Castle will be having a Fireworks extravaganza on Saturday With a stunning back drop to set things away..
For the 2nd year in a go MLE Pyrotechnics is holding the event in the premise of the Duke of Rutland’s family home with the crowds together performing as judges.
Vanessa one of the organisers, said: “It’s a enjoyable venue where we truly relish setting on an event. The fireworks reflect as if by magic in the H2O as they are set off from bottom of the lake.”
Visitors will be treated to a group of companies from across the nation contending for that extra pizazz to profit over the audience’s voting.
The firms are Celebration Fireworks from Evesham, Pyromania Displays, Knaphill in Surrey and Spyrotechnics from Chesterfield with all placing on a 10 to 15 minute presentation to music. But the extravaganza doesn’t finish on that point.
Before the competition there will be a demo to hear about the various types of pyrotechnics and see how the squads use them to make their extraordinary exhibits that dance to the music.
and to cap it of a thrilling pyro-musical demo by the organisers will be done while the visitors are voting
The annual show, which started in 2002, Is proving to be vastly successful. The 3 lead professional firework organisations chosen for this year’s event have gained many prestigious titles between them including the British Champions, British Musical Champions and Firework Champions.
And it’s not just fireworks with a Khoom Fay or Sky Lanterns launch when the sky will be full with beautiful oriental sky lanterns that softly rise into the depths of the sky.
On site parking and camping is available and visitors can begin to arrive from 5pm so enjoy the food and booze accessible from approved vendors or take a picnic while relaxing in Belvoir Castles beautiful grounds
